Matthew Doettger

Matthew “Matt” Doettger is a Knights of Columbus Field Agent with the M. Stice Agency, serving brother Knights and their families in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Matt has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 2016 and became a Field Agent for the Order in 2023.

When asked why he became a field agent, Matt said, “I became a field agent to benefit my community and fraternal brothers in achieving their goals in preserving and maximizing their estates. I truly enjoy getting to meet new people and getting to understand what their needs are to help educate them in what they need to feel secure with their families. The work/life balance of an agent also provides myself and my family with the time together to enjoy all of life’s benefits.”

Prior to becoming a Field Agent, Matt enjoyed a 7-year career as a general manager for Wawa.

Matt has been with his fiancé, Olivia, since 2021. Oliva works as a customer service associate. Matt and Olivia have 4 children. Matt and Olivia currently reside in Chalfont where they are parishioners of St. Jude Parish and Matt is a member of the Father James W Devlin Council #9980. 
In his spare time, Matt enjoys football, golf, hiking, and family game night. 

When asked what he hopes to achieve for his members, Matt said his goal is to supply all his members with consistency and to make sure all his members feel valued and supported by their brother knight when it comes to preserving their family’s needs in the event of tragedy. He also strives to maintain a friendly relationship with all fellow brother knights and help drive all our councils to a new level of commitment and higher standard.
